Your company has one partner account. The username is your company's short name (the one on your rate sheet); the same username and password open both doors: the partner portal (availability, bookings, mail, rates) and the partner pages of the wiki on mekong-delta.com.
Because that account is the company's, a password change applies to everyone at your company who uses it.
You can now have an account of your own instead — your e-mail address, your own password — and it is the better way: see People. The shared login keeps working either way; nothing forces you to switch, and opening a personal account changes nothing for your colleagues.
The reset changes the password immediately for both the portal and the wiki.
⚠ A shared company login is never re-keyed this way. If the address you type is your company's, we do not change the password everyone else is using — that would lock out your colleagues. We offer you your own login instead.
Your browser can remember the address and password for you: say yes when it offers to save them, and next time both fields are filled and signing in is one click. We store nothing ourselves — the browser keeps it, on your own device.
⚠ On a computer other people use, let it remember nothing, or anyone at that desk can sign in as you. If that has already happened, change your password (above) and remove the saved entry in your browser's password settings.
Check your spam folder first. If nothing comes, your account may hold no address, or an old one. Write to sales@mekong-delta.com from your company address — never from a personal one — or call +84 (0)292 382 9540. For your protection we only send account links to addresses we already know from working with your company; we will never take a new address over the phone.
